January is National Blood Donor Month so of course we have a community blood drive scheduled on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 from 3-7pm. The age of individual consent for blood donation is 17, although 16 year olds may donate with parental consent too. Another big factor for teen blood donors is weight: you must weigh at least 110 pounds (this rule is for your health & safety).
